Mitsubishi opens new Quick Service Centre in Azaiba

General Automotive Company (GAC), the official distributors of Mitsubishi vehicles in Oman, formally opened a new Express Service Centre in Azaiba recently. The new service centre will be of great benefit to Mitsubishi owners in the capital area, offering them a more convenient and time-saving alternative for booking their vehicles in for a minor lube service.

Commenting on the launch of the new Express Service Centre, Yasser Zerik, the National Service Manager said, “As the number of Mitsubishi Vehicles in the capital area grow we wanted to offer a time-saving alternative for those customers that just want to bring their vehicle in for a quick lube service. This way, our customers can be assured the highest standards of service with the minimum possible wait time for a service appointment.”

The new Express Service Centre, located adjacent to the existing primary Mitsubishi Service Center in Azaiba, is a 4-bay facility is well equipped and operated by highly-trained technicians and specialises in quick one-hour lube services. The service centre even boasts a special customer lounge with Free Wi-Fi services and soon to be installed hot and cold vending machines. The waiting are also provides a clear view of the workshop through which customers can view their vehicles as the technicians carry out the service check points. The centre is also equipped with an auto washing facility that improves turnaround time and washing quality. As an added bonus; as the cars are being washed they can be viewed on the TV in the customer lounge, thanks to a camera mounted in the washing area. The new Express Service Centre will operate from 8:00am to 5:30pm from Saturday to Thursdays and will offer all quick service facilities by appointment.

“With this new facility, equipped with complementing tools and facilities, we will be able to provide better and faster services to our customers in the capital and help further improve their overall ownership experience. The launch of this Express Service Centre will no doubt see our after-sales service take a qualitative leap in the area and better complement the brand’s high manufacturing quality and market leading position,” added Yasser.
