ZUBAIR ENTERPRISES NORTHERN’S NEW SERVICE CENTRE IN BARKA TO BENEFIT MITSUBISHI OWNERS IN RUSTAQ, MUSANNAH & BARKA
In a move directed to facilitate ease and convenience of patrons in Rustaq, Mussanah and Barka, Zubair Enterprises Northern, has shifted its Mussanah service centre to the prestigious Barka branch Industrial area. The shift is expected to assist Mitsubishi customers avail state-of-the-art facilities offered at Barka.
Located in the bustling area of Barka, the plush Mitsubishi Showroom will now be complemented by a service centre at the Industrial area in Barka, expanding its operational base to cater to customers looking for a more convenient option in the outskirts of the capital city. It will help bolster the growing portfolio of Barka as an emerging business hub. The showroom will help straddle the sales and service needs of Mitsubishi patrons in and around the areas surrounding the coastal city, including Mussanah and Rustaq.
Speaking about the relocation of the Mussanah service centre, in the wake of customer requests for a more convenient access point outside Muscat, GAC National Service Manager Ashraf Mustafa said, “While the Barka showroom has been a prominent Mitsubishi landmark for our customers living outside the capital area, a need was felt for a service centre to augment its growing credentials. We were looking for best possible options to create avenues for quicker and more accessible service for people coming from Rustaq, Mussanah and, of course, Barka. We focused on providing an easier alternative and decided to shift the existing service centre at Mussanah to Barka, which is more central for customers.”
With the opening of the new service centre, Mitsubishi patrons will be able to access more convenient and time-saving alternatives for booking a host of automobile services. Known for delivering top level after-sales service support to Mitsubishi owners, the team of service personnel at the new centre will ensure smooth functioning of the various departments under the service umbrella of GAC. As Ashraf noted, GAC has the expertise of Mitsubishi-trained service technicians and a dedicated after sales facility to help maintain vehicles in best possible conditions.
“Over the years, the number of Mitsubishi owners in the country has grown substantially, demanding a committed approach and strategy to provide a bouquet of after sales services. Our customers are tech savvy and know just what they want from their service technician. It is recommendedfor customers to follow service intervals specified in their car service booklets and fix appointments with the centre on time. The vehicle under service will be handled by trained technicians, who have accumulated best technical know-how through regular product technical training; they apply best service and repair techniques on the vehicles under service. All the service centres are equipped with Mitsubishi approved state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, which aid in reducing fault diagnosis time, thereby ensuring efficient and speedy service of the vehicle.
