According to Ranade, the need to start an express facility stemmed from GAC’s quest to enhance customer service. Opened earlier this year, the Fuso facility has proven to be a windfall for customers from different walks of life. It plays a pivotal role in ensuring improved service and reducing customer downtime, while reaching out to other potential customers. It provides express service for the delivery of Canter Trucks, which are an integral part of the Fuso range, as well as Rosa Buses, in 90 minutes. It also caters to time-pressed customers by collectingcustomer vehicles from their workplace and bringing them to the centre for maintenance or for required repairs.

With standalone fully equipped service bays and trained staff, customers have it easy at the centre, whose facilities can be booked using the Advanced Appointment System. Besides, customers availing the 90-minute express service can opt to wait for their vehicle at the Fuso lounge and enjoy free Wifi and refreshments and even see the work being carried out on their vehicle.
